A huge round of applause for Dariia Pavlenko, who gave a fantastic concluding seminar this past Sunday! The presentation, titled "The regulation of PKM by acetylation, studied using synthetic biology-based tools," was a wonderful culmination of her years of hard work.

It has been a pleasure to watch Dariia's project develop, shedding new light on the PKM isoforms regulation by site-specific acetylation and opening up exciting new questions.

The entire Arbely lab is incredibly proud and excited for her as she heads into the final stretch of completing her PhD. The finish line is in sight! Well done, Dariia!
